In 2024, El Perro Azul ventures into a new creation, MUTE, Gestural Theatre Festival of La Rioja, with headquarters at Wurth Museum. It is a festival intended to become an international stage referent specialised in gestural theatre for all audiences. This bond with a modern art museum showcases our company culture: create high quality original projects.

We believe that gestural theatre stands as a universal artistic expression that crosses all communication barriers and acts as a bridge between cultures. It has an extraordinary capacity to wake up emotions and encourage spectators’ imagination and, at the same time, it is a powerful instrument for reflecting reality.
